Hannah Holland presents Batty Bass Records. It was born from the explosion of East London's genre crunchin, energetic, deep and dirty-dance-til-you-drop night, "Bastard Batty Bass". Release number three and latest members to join the Batty Bass family are Jahcoozi. Both musically and culturally speaking, Jahcoozi are a mash up operation who have consistently managed to deliver their very own mongrel style of electronic pop music. True to form they deliver a more UK nod with their stompin, bottom heavy "Namedropper".
Solo, who's smashing dancefloors with his first releases on Dirtybird, adds a "dancehall meets Brazil in London clubland at 4am" rhythm on the remix and head honcho Hannah Holland goes for an evil, dubbed out, ahem affair.
